Abstract:Objective:To discover the clinical effect of saving the lives of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and facilitating limb functional recovery to the most extent.Method:Using double-needle paracentesis on those whose amount of bleeding was greater than 30 ml,who had no other diseases and whose SEP had been improved after mannitol was used.Result:A week after the paracentesis, significant improvements in consciousness of 110 cases(55%) patients appeared, insignificant improvements of 4 cases(2%);significant improvements in limb functions of 178 cases(89%) turned up,slight improvements of 20 cases(10%),no improvements of 2 cases(1%).The effect of six-month clinical research is as follows:79%patients nearly recovered to normal,10%were slightly disabled,9%bedridden and 2%died.Conclusion:CT-guided intracranial hemorrhage double-needle paracentesis is a very intuitive and effective hematoma ablation, and is able to find the re-bleeding in the paracentesis, saves the patients lives to the most extent and guides them to do the early functional rehabilitation exercise.
