Thirty-nine Patients of Metoprolol with Digoxin on Elderly Chronic Heart Failure Going with Rapid Atrial Fibrillation

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect and security of metoprolol with digoxin on elderly chronic heart failure going with rapid atrial fibrillation. Method:Thirty-nine patients with elderly chronic heart failure going with rapid atrial fibrillation were treated with metoprolol and digoxin,to investigate the effects and adverse reactions of medicines.Result:There were 14 cases with marked effect and 21 case with effect in 39 patients,efficiency was 89.7%,adverse reactions were less.Conclusion:Metoprolol with digoxin that cures elderly chronic heart failure going with rapid atrial fibrillation is effective and high safety.
