Clinical Analysis of Oral and Intravenous Azithromycin for Treatment Pneumonia

Abstract：Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of oral and intravenous azithromycin for treatment pneumonia.Method:90 cases of pneumonia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Observation group was given oral combined intravenous drip azithromycin treatment,control group according to the conventional intravenous drip cefotaxime treatment,comparing curative effect.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.8%,control group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of oral and intravenous drip combined use of azithromycin treatment pneumonia is superior to conventional treatment method,is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
