Clinical Observation on Functional Dyspepsia with Compound Azimtamide Entieric-coated Tablets and Itopride Hydrochloride

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical effect of functional dyspepsia with compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets and itopride hydrochlorid. Method:Employing the method of experimental contrast treatment,the functional dyspepsia patients in our hospital according to the proportion of 1∶1 were divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group patients using compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets and itopride hydrochloride, control group patients were only given compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets,after the trial period,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Result:The recovered patients in experimental group were 25 cases,accounted for 47.2%,improvement in 23 cases,accounted for 43.4%,invalid in 5 cases, accounted for 9.4%,total effective rate was 90.6%;The recovered patients in control group were 6 cases,accounted for 11.3%,improved in 20 cases,accounted for 37.7%,invalid in 27 cases,accounted for 50.9%,total effective rate was 49.1%.The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets and itopride hydrochloride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia compared with single using compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets has better clinical curative effect,is worth to be clinical promotion.
