The Efficacy of Irinotecan and Cisplatin in the Treatment of Small Cell Carcinoma

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the the effect of small cell carcinoma with irinotecan and cisplatin treatment.Method:82 cases with small cell carcinoma in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by using the method to random number table,41 cases in each group.Observation group was given irinotecan and cisplatin,and control group was treated with etoposide,compared the total efficiency and adverse reactions of two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,adverse reactions were less than control group,there were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of small cell carcinoma with irinotecan and cisplatin is good,and has low incidence of adverse reactions.
