TCM Syndromes of Acute Cerebral Infarction and Serum IL-1 in the Relationship between Infection of Recent
Abstract:Objective:To study the TCM Syndromes of acute cerebral infarction and serum IL-1 in the near future infection correlation.Method:Selecting 152 cases from 2010 January to 2013 January in our hospital received patients with acute cerebral infarction, they were divided into the observation group 76 cases and control group 76 cases, content determination in patients with acute myocardial infarction and peripheral blood IL-1,compared with IL-1 in different syndrome in the horizontal.Result:The content of IL-1 in peripheral blood from patients with observation was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), in the 72 hour fireheat syndrome group IL-1 levels were significantly higher than those in non heat syndrome group(P<0.05),the 7,14 d,IL-1 was no significant differencewas observed in the group of heat syndrome,72 hours and seventh days, fourteenth days IL-1 content had significant difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in non heat syndrome. Conclusion:The increase of IL-1 in peripheral blood may be one of the indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction in the degree of infection, also may be one of the reference index of the acute cerebral infarction fire and non fire syndromes.
