Abstract:Objective:To compare and study the effect of laparoscopic cholelithotomy and open operation in the treatment of gallbladder stone.Method:A total of 100 patients with gallbladder stone were selected from June 2007 to June 2012,and all patients were divided into two groups by different surgical types.Patients in the research group(n=60) were treated by laparoscopic cholelithotomy, and patients in the control group(n=40) were treated by open operation, then the effects of surgery of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative bed time and hospital stay of the research group were all shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of bleeding of the research group was less than that of the the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications, the rates of recurrence and using painkillers in the research group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive effect of laparoscopic cholelithotomy in the treatment of gallbladder stone is more ideal compared with open operation, and it is worthy of promoting and applying preferentially.
