The Clinical Analysis of Patients with Acute Kidney Injury Requiring Continuous Blood Purification Therapy after Cardiac Surgery

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of continuous blood purification(CBP) in 16 patients with acute kidney injury(AKI) after cardiac surgery.Method:The clinical data of 16 patients with AKI requiring CBP after cardiac surgery were analyzed retrospectively from January 2008 to June 2012.Result:11 cases of 16 patients survived and recovered their normal renal function after CBP therapy.The mortality was 31.25%.SCr and BUN,HR,MAP, CVP,pH,PaO2/FiO2,APACHEⅡwere significantly improved after CBP therapy.Conclusion:CBP can improve the internal environment and organ function, which is an effective therapy for AKI after cardiac surgery.
