The Clinical Analysis of Mifepristone in Treatment of Postpartum Organization Residual for 126 Cases

Abstract：Objective:To explore the efficacy of the mifepristone in treatment of postpartum tissue residues.Method:To select the patients with postpartum tissue residues after natural birth diagnosed by B ultrasonic,which were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were given oral mifepristone treatment,control group without medication,to observe two groups of postpartum lochia stop time and review exceeds residual tissue loss.Result:The vaginal lochia stop time was (11.9±3.1) days,the curettage rate was 0.79%,the cure rate was 99.2%in two weeks and 4 weeks in treatment group.The vagina lochia stop time was (20.7±7.3) days,the curettage rate was 2.50%,the cure rate was 68.3% in two weeks,the cure rate 80.8% in 4 weeks in control group. Conclusion:Mifepristone for the treatment of postpartum tissue residue can promote to eject,the curative effect is distinct,it can significantly short the time of postpartum hemorrhage lochia,and the cure rate is higher.
