Analysis of Blood Levels for CRP,WBC and FIB in 6 Kinds of Diseases
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the mean value, positive detection rate and correlation for the blood levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cells(WBC) and fibrinogen(FIB).Method:The contents of CRP,WBC and FIB were detected in 148 cases for 6 kinds of diseases. The detected results were making the statistics according to the disease kinds.Result:The elevated blood levels of CRP,WBC and FIB all had cases in the bacterial pneumonia, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, osteoarthritis, fracture and slipped lumbar intervertebral disc, but the elevated mean value and increased positive detection rate were comparatively obvious for the bacterial pneumonia. The elevated mean value and increased positive detection rate were mainly in CRP for 5 kinds non infectious diseases.3 item indexes had some differences in 5 kinds non infectious diseases compared with bacterial pneumonia, but had no differences compared with each other. The correlation of 3 item indexes were relatively poor in most diseases and the correlation was better only in fracture. Conclusion:The multiple diseases may change the blood levels of CRP,WBC and FIB and these are more obvious in infectious diseases.CRP is one of the most representative indexes for the inflammatory reaction.
