The Application of Moxibustion in Nursing of Patients with Urinary Retention after Surgery of Mixed Hemorrhoid

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion on acupuncture points of Qihai,Guanyuan and Zhongji for postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoid.Method:A total of 110 patients with mixed hemorrhoid received the treatment of external strip internal plunge surgery,and all patients were divided into the observation group(n=56) and the control group(n=54) by the odd or even number of the operation.The control group used the conventional method of flushing perineal,listening to the sound of water,massaging the lower abdomen,and compressing hotly,while the observation group used moxibustion on acupuncture points of Qihai,Guanyuan and Zhongji,and the situation of urination in the two groups were observed.Result:The difference of the total clinical effective rates of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:Moxibustion on acupuncture points of Qihai,Guanyuan and Zhongji has significant curative effect for postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoid,and this method is simple,and it doesn’t have any bad reaction.
