Abstract:Objective:To explore magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging clinical value for the diagnosis of ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Method:Selection of 31 patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head were respectively used b value with 300 s/m2,600 s/m2,1000 s/m2 diffusion weighted imaging, then the above three different b values were compared between the diffusion weighted image characteristics.Result:The 31 cases of avascular necrosis can be clearly demonstrated of abnormal signal the b value was 600 s/mm2 (DWI600) that than conventional T1W,T2W Show more sensitive. Conclusion:Diffusion weighted imaging, especially DWI600,can be used as important supplement of the patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head MR images sequence, and has important diagnostic value.
