Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of surgical treatment in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from October 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital received the treatment, and all patients randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and there were 45 patients in each group respectively. The control group was given the conventional craniotomy, and the observation group was given the surgical treatment for small bone window.Result:There were deteriorated or dead patients in both two groups. The total effective rate in the observation group(84.44%) was higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Differences of some indicators in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),including the rebleeding rate, scores ofdegrees of nerve defect after treatment(NIHSS),and scores of activity of daily living after treatment(ADL).Conclusion:Small bone window treatment has an obvious effect in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, can ensure a good prognosis of patients, owns a high clinical application value.
