Analysis of Peripheral Blood Cells of Radiation Workers in A Hospital
ZHANG Cai-yun
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the hospital medical staff of 90 radiation exposure, blood lipid, blood routine and liver function of micronucleus cells and 13 peripheral blood index, radio contact personnel assessment of health status, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures.Method:Radiation exposure to the medical staff (observation group) peripheral blood indicators with institute of radiation exposure to the medical staff (control group) statistical analysis of peripheral blood indicators and comparing according to the different departments of radiation exposure, and at the same time, the medical staff of the radiation exposure in accordance with the contact of<5 years,5-10 years,11-15 years,>15 years for grouping analysis.Result:Male group of lymphoid cells, platelets, creatinine and cholesterol four indicators, the differences between observation group compared with control group (P<0.05);Lymphocytes constitute of female group, the two indexes such as hemoglobin, the differences between observation group compared with control group (P<0.05).Observation group and control group in white blood cells, lymphocytes relative increase decreasing comparison difference has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Internal medicine, intervention, medical image subject, nuclear medicine and radiation between the medical personnel number of white blood cells and lymphocytes compared differences no statistical significance (P>0.05),number of micronucleus cells and micronuclei cell conversion rate comparison difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),according to the working life of the leukocyte count, lymphocyte count, micronucleus cells and micronucleus cells number conversion rate comparison of the four indexes such as indicators of the differences between the work life of no statistical significance (P>0.05),the difference of four indicators has nothing to do with working years. Conclusion:There are differences among different part of the test index between departments, but the numerical test data of each individual are within the normal range, individual medical staff leukopenia, increases, the relative abundance of lymphocyte but there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group, overall radiation personnel each index is better,to be continued to do a good job of radiological protection.
