Perioperative Management of Patients with Gastric Cancer Combined Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the perioperative management of patients with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus.Method:Clinical data of 35 cases with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus underwent operation were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The blood glucose levels of 35 cases were controlled in the range from 6.1 to 11.1 mmol/L,and the urine glucose was kept from (±) to (+).There was no death after operation.All patients recovered safely.Conclusion:Patients with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus can experience the operation safely as long as blood glucose could be adjusted to a reasonable level by using insulin correctly.
