Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of atorvastatin calcium combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Method:Eighty cases with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups equally. Both two groups were treated with oral aspirin 100 mg for once a day, oral metoprolol 25 mg for twice a day, oral isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg for three times a day. While the treatment group was treated with atorvastatin calcium 20 mg time at night and low-molecular-weight heparin calcium 5000 U hype for once every twelfth hours.Result:The difference of Electro cardiogram improvement and curative effect between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium is a satisfying and effective way in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
