Efficacy Analysis of Yinchen Decoction Combined Intravenous Infusion of Danshen Freeze-Dried Powder in the Treatment of Eighty Samples with Maternal-Fetal ABO Blood Group Incompatibility

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Yinchen decoction combined intravenous infusion of Danshen freeze-dried powder in the treatment of maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility.Method:A total of 80 patients with maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility(valence of antibody in serum≥1∶128) from the clinical obstetrics of our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group received Yinchen decoction combined intravenous infusion of Danshen freeze-dried powder,and the control group received oral administration of Yinchenhao decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group was 95%while that of the control group was 70%.The healing time of the treatment group was (10±4) days while that of the control group was (23±9) days.There were significant differences in both two parameters of two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinchen decoction combined intravenous infusion of Danshen freeze-dried powder can decrease the valence of antibody in serum of pregnant woman with maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility,and shorten the healing time.
