Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibia fracture. Method:A total of 40 patients with tibia fracture in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2012 were divided into the observation group(n=20) and the control group(n=20).The observation group was given minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation. The control group was given the traditional open reduction and internal fixation.Result:Indicators in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),including the operation time,peri-operative bleeding, time of hospitalization, load time, fracture healing time, complication rate, and efficacy. Conclusion:The minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation in treatment of tibia fracture is effective. It is worthy to be popularized.
