Application of Superficial Cervical Plexus Nerve Block Combined with General Anesthesia in Thyroid Cancer Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To observe the influence of superficial cervical plexus block combined with general anesthesia in thyroid tumor operation surgery. Method:A total of 120 patients with thyroid tumor surgery in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2012 were selected,All patients were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases) and the treatment group(60 cases) by the random number table.Patients in the control group separately used simple anesthesia by endotracheal intubation,Patients in the treatment group used general anesthesia based on superficial cervical plexus block.Indicators of the two groups were observed,including effect and medicine dosage of anesthesia,and recovery time after anesthesia.Result:Recovery time after anesthesia in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both the rate of using analgesic after operation and the medicine dosage of anesthesia in the control group were significantly lower than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Superficial cervical plexus block combined with general anesthesia in thyroid tumor operation surgery has a more obvious effect,can reduce pain of patients and the medicine dosage of anesthesia,lower stress and circular waves,shorten the anesthesia recovery time.
