Abstract:Objective:Imitation song dynasty style typeface using flow cytometry technique to observe treated with exogenous carbon monoxide CORM-2 same allogeneic skin transplantation in mice model of 7 d receptors in mice spleen lymphocyte subsets CD4+/CD8+change.Method:Taking the SPF ICR mouse, the BALB/C mouse separately as the donor and the acceptor, establishing skin allotransplantation model, and dividing into 4 groups:group1 of sham-operation group, group 2 of skin allotransplantation group, group 3 of skin allotransplantation+CORM-2 group, group 4 of skin allotransplantation+iCORM-2 group.Result:T lymphocyte subgroup analysis with FCM indicates that the ratio of mice spleen CD4+T/CD8+T in group CORM-2(group 3) was lower than the control group(group 2 and 4) obviously. Conclusion:Exogenous release carbon monoxide molecules CORM-2 on the same allogeneic skin showed inhibitory effect on the function of lymphocyte in mice.
