The Clinical Application Analysis of Health Education in Vascular Access Protection for Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract：Objective:To study the clinical application analysis of health education in vascular access protection for hemodialysis patients.Method:70 cases of hemodialysis patients from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were studied.They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,35 patients in each group.Control group was given conventional measures of care for patients with nursing,experimental group was given health education model of care for nursing.Result:The vascular sclerosis of the experimental group patients was significantly lower than the control group,the two groups was statistically significant(X2=19.2857,P<0.01),the experimental group patients constant blood flow was significantly higher proportion of patients in both groups were statistically significant(X2=8.9286,P<0.01).For the experimental group related knowledge was significantly higher proportion of patients(X2=17.9822,P<0.01),the proportion of patients themselves significantly more than the control group,the two groups were statistically significance(X2=23.3333,P<0.01).Conclusion:The protective effect of the clinical application of health education vascular access in hemodialysis patients is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
