HBsAg Negative Control Hole Set

Abstract：Objective:Investigation,enzyme-linked immunoassay detection HBsAg negative pore number of each lab Settings are specification,this paper analyzes the reasons of non-standard.Method:Surveyed hospital according to the level can be divided into three groups under level 3,level 2,level 2,blood and plasma stand for plasma group,remote interrogation,inspection BBS through online voting,phone calls,large conference random survey participants,grouping list by number of holes,calculated with hole number unit total survey,the percentage of and chi-square test was carried out on the data in the table.Result:73 units used in three hole negative 32.88%of participation units,accounting for 31.51%of the unit with two holes,using a hole accounted for 31.51%of participation units;I have a hole account for 4.11%of the unit.Conclusion:Negative control between each hole number set vary,medical laboratory each unit irregularities, should strengthen the quality management.
