Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with C reactive protein, carbohydrate antigen 125 level and pulmonary function.Method:Using Siemens automatic biochemical analyzer and the new industrial automatic chemiluminescence analyzer was used to detect serum CRP,CA125 levels in patients with COPD,CRP by latex immune turbidimetric test, and CA125 was determined by chemiluminescence method. COPD patients according to the degree of severity of airflow limitation, pulmonary function is divided into the classification, using FEV1 percentage of predicted value of 80%,50%,30%for the classification standard of pulmonary function in patients with COPD were divided into 4 grades, followed by mild, moderate, severe and very severe. Ten healthy control group 50.Result:Serum CRP,CA125 levels in patients with COPD increased compared to normal control group, the difference has satistic mean (P<0.05),CRP,CA125 levels of lung function flow limited<moderate restricted<severe restricted<extremely severe restriction group (P<0.05).Conclusion:CA125 can be used as one of indexes to reflect the changes of pulmonary function.
