Clinical Characteristic Analysis of 19 Cases of Insulinoma

Abstract：Objective:To conclusion nineteen cases insulinoma diagnosis and treatment experience.Method:During the period of Jan 2005 to Jan 2013, 19 hospitalized patients with operation and pathological diagnosis of insulinom were retrospectively analyzed.Result:16 cases of prolonged fasts showed typical symptoms.12 cases insulin-glucose ratio>0.3,17 cases amended insulin-glucose ratio>100μU/mg,18 cases was abnormal high endogenous insulin secretion, computed tomography diagnosed in 17 cases,intraoperative ultrasound localization was used in 16 cases;17 cases was cured by surgical treatment,without postoperative complication,2 cases refused operation because a place was not sure.Conclusion:As insulinoma diagnosis,abnormal high endogenous insulin secretion when hypoglycemia is no less than amended insulin-glucose ratio.CT dual phase enhancement is the latest diagnosis imaging methods of insulinoma.For patients with posting is unclear,it is can be diagnosised by intraoperative ultrasound,surgery is the best method for treatment.
