Double C Strengthening Superiority and Timing for The Treatment of Brittle Diabetes

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of clinical application of“double C”enhanced insulin aspart combined with long-acting insulin analogues in the treatment of brittle diabetes.Method:In our hospital from 2009 December to 2013 in our hospital since January and 54 brittle for the treatment of diabetes patients, randomly divided into three groups,respectively,in the“double C”after reinforcement third days,seventh days and tenth days of insulin aspart combined with long-acting insulin analogues treatment,the three groups were observed after a certain time after treatment,blood glucose level and glucose homeostasis.Result:The three groups are not in the blood glucose level differences exist,the treatment of the first group,is in the“double C”enhanced after third days of insulin aspart combined with long-acting insulin analogues of the blood glucose levels in various stages of patients overall more than second group and third group,second group,with significant difference between third groups (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the second group and third group all the time of blood glucose levels(P>0.05). But the three groups after the“double C”enhanced after treatment than before treatment,the blood glucose level is low.Conclusion:“Double C”enhanced 7 days to obtain the blood glucose fluctuation and after intensive insulin therapy,is conducive to grasp the law of brittle diabetes blood glucose,provide powerful guidance for treatment of more scientific,more secure for insulin aspart with long-acting insulin analogues for the latter can,and most economic,has obvious superiority in clinic.
