Research Progress of Risk Factors for Recurrence of Febrile Convulsion

Abstract:Febrile convulsion(FC) is a common neurological disease in children. It often occurs in children from 6 month to 5 years old,and the incidence rate is about 2%~5%. Most FC is not recurrent ,but there’s about 30%~40%could have it again,and 50%could have more than one time of recurrence. The rates of recurrence have a significant difference between different children with FC,with is determined by a number of risk factors.
