To Observe the Clinical Effect of Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsules in Treatment of Senile Functional Constipation

Abstract：Objective:To research the effect of compound digestive enzyme capsules in elderly patients.Method:From January 2010 to december 2012, 160 cases of patients in our hospital of the clinical data were analyzed,they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was 80 cases,and used a single oral lactulose treatment,the treatment group was 80 cases,and treated by the compound digestive enzyme capsule. the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect were compared.Result:The effect of treatment group was better than the control,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of using capsule compound digestive enzyme conclusion for the treatment has a good effect in elderly patients,it is high safety,and worthing to clinical promotion.
