Effect of the Senile Intertrochanteric Fracture Treatment with Locking Compression Plate
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical values of the senile intertrochanteric fracture treated with locking compression plate (LCP).Method:Twenty eight elderly patients with intertrochanterie fracture,which treated with LCP,were retrospective analyzed.The follow-up period was 6~24 months and the mean follow-up period was 13.2 months.The patients were named as A1,A2,and A3 according with the AO typing method of the bone fractures. A1,14 cases,A2, 11 cases and A3,3 cases.Result:The Harris scores showed that:Excellent was 15 cases,good was 11 cases,and the dissatisfactory was 2 cases. The rate of fineness was 92.86%.Conclusion:The senile intertrochanterie fracture treated with LCP embodied many merits,such as the operation safety,the little wound,the lower complications,and the reliable internal fixation,and there was better curative effect.
