X-ray Examination and Performance of Acute Chest Trauma

Abstract：Objective:To timely and accurately diagnose the lesions on chest trauma by x-ray and provide the basis for the treatment of chest trauma. Method:Retrospective analysed the performance of the chest X-ray of 25 cases of acute chest trauma patients with our hospital from June 2012 to December 2012.Result:25 patients with acute chest trauma patients,8 patients with pulmonary contusion,7 patients with pleural effusion (accumulation of blood),8 cases hydropneumothorax,6 cases of mediastinal and subcutaneous emphysema,12 cases of rib fractures,1 case of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Conclusion:Conventional X-ray examination is the preferred method of acute chest trauma,high sensitivity,high accuracy.
