The Observation of the Clinical Effect of Health Education on Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of health education on children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Method:88 cases of allergic purpura in recent years in our hospital were chosen as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and 44 cases in each group.The control group was with the treatment of routine nursing care,and the observation group was taken with health education on the basis of conventional care.Result:The cure rate in the observation group was 84.1%,which was significantly higher than that the control group of 54.5%(P<0.05).The observation group for HSP pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and nursing methods in the treatment of complete control rate were 72.7%, 77.3% and 68.2%,significantly better than the control group of 38.7%,40.9% and 31.8%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group patients and their family satisfaction and treatment compliance rate were 86.4% and 61.4%,significantly better than the control group 40.9% and 15.9%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of health education on the basis of conventional care for children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura is significant.Not only can strengthen the patients and their families for allergic purpura disease knowledge,but also can improve the satisfaction and compliance of patients.
