The Old Abnormal Q Wave in ECG Changes in 148 Cases

Abstract：Objective:To clear the pathogenesis of senile abnormal Q wave,and observe the abnormal Q wave in ECG changes,analysis of ECG change significance.Method:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2012 April to March 2013 treated 148 cases of elderly patients with abnormal Q wave were analyzed in clinical diagnosis,at the same time be electrocardiogram,ultrasound heartbeat graph of myocardial enzymes and clinical detection. Result:Abnormal Q wave in ECG,clinical manifestations of myocardial infarction patients with abnormal Q wave,so the performance can be divided into myocardial infarction in patients with non myocardial infarction patients.Spectrum increased,heart valve lesions appear signs of non-infarcted myocardial enzyme in patients with Q wave,Q wave myocardial infarction in patients with abnormal Q wave and ST-T segment changes,in different parts of the myocardial infarction.Conclusion:The analysis of dynamically according to the clinical characteristics of abnormal Q wave,to judge whether the patients for myocardial infarction,type,to improve the diagnosis rate.
