Characteristic Analysis of 141 Patients with Somatoform Disorder and Osychological Care
Abstract：Objective:To explore personality characteristics of somatoform disorder and generality,for the clinical diagnosis of somatoform disorders and provide reference for clinical psychological intervention.Method:Initiative to clinical psychological clinic of 141 cases of patients with somatoform disorder for depression,anxiety,sleep and eysenck personality test and analysis research.Result:Diagnosis of somatoform disorder number accounts for only 2.1%of the total outpatients,women was more than men.The occurrence of somatoform disorder was obvious personality basis and general characteristics.Conclusion:The rate of somatoform disorders diagnosis was low in the hospital outpatient population. It is hard to do psychological care .It is need to increase awareness of attending physicians and patients of the symptoms of psychosomatic diseases and psychological mental care in the effort to improve diagnosis and avoid unnecessary testing and treatments.
