Application of Low Dose Helical CT Scanning of Temporal Bone

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application value of low dose helical CT scanning of temporal bone.Method:48 cases in our hospital for temporal bone CT were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was double row spiral CT routine scanning,the observation group were low dose scan of double helical CT.Images of two groups were compared which were diagnosised by two director of radiology.Result:The image quality in two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Low dose helical CT scanning of temporal bone in the premise of ensuring the image quality,can reduce the amount of radiation detection for patients.
