The Value of the Combination of Transabdominal Ultrasound and Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Dignosis of Common Urgent Gynecological Diseases
Abstract：Objective:To explore the value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of common urgent gynecological diseases.Method:Researchers reviewed the ultrasonic sonographic appearances of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in patients with common urgent gynecological diseases in one and a half years recently,all diagnosis of patients confirmed by operation or clinical expectant treatment.Result:Eighty females were diagnosed by the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound with common urgent gynecological diseases,63 cases were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound(78.8%),75 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound(93.8%) and 80 cases were diagnosed by the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound(100%) in all cases.Conclusion:The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound have the considerable clinical diagnostic value of common urgent gynecological diseases.
