Application of Humanistic Nursing in Outpatient Surgery of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of applying humanistic nursing in outpatient surgery of obstetrics and gynecology.Method:238 patients with outpatient surgery of obstetrics and gynecology treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups,the research group and the control group,each group for 119 cases. The control group were given conventional nursing,and the research group were given humanistic nursing.The psychological characteristics of patients in two groups were observed,and the awareness rate of medical procedures,the mastery rate of health-care knowledge and disease,and nursing service satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:SAS and SDS score of two groups reduced after operation,and the score of the research group was lower evidently than that of the control group,which had statistical significance(P<0.05). And the awareness rate of medical procedures,the mastery rate of health-care knowledge and disease,and nursing service satisfaction in the control group was not good as that in the research group. The difference was evident,which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying humanistic nursing for patients with outpatient surgery of obstetrics and gynecology not only can improve the psychology of patients,but also can improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
