Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Patients of Distal Radius Fractures Application Research
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing path in application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with fracture of the distal radius. Method:80 cases of distal radius fracture patients were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the experimental group,the control group used the traditional methods of care,the experimental group used the implementation of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway. Result:Hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than in the control group,cost of hospitalization andcomplications in experimental group compared with the control group,the experimental group patient satisfaction was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM clinical nursing pathway is a safe,effective nursing mode,can reduce the cost,hospitalization time and decrease complications,improve satisfaction,is conducive to the care ofpatients,is worthy of promotion.
