Research of Management Standards of Lugouqiao Community Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the compliance status of the patients’ treatment with type 2 diabetes in Lugouqiao Community Health Center of Beijing Fengtai district.Method:Choose 97 patients with type 2 diabetes,gave them Health guidance,blood glucose monitoring,and outpatient follow-up,help them adjust the hypoglycemic program,do relevant examination,and gave Interventional treatment to abnormal results. One year later,compared related biochemical parameters of patients before and after the intervention,as well as health knowledge mastery.Result:The patient’s FGP,PPG,HbA1c and SBP decreased significantly than before management(P<0.05);and there were significant differences in the health knowledge mastery than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the health management,the patients’ concept of self-management were raised generally,blood glucose and systolic blood pressure were controlled well,the lipid control situation needs to be improved. We need further strengthen management to improve patient compliance rate.
