Analysis of Combined Detection of High-sensitivity C-reactive protein,C-reactive Protein and Blood Tests for Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children
Abstract:Objective:To explore conventional and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein combined routine blood test for mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Method:142 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital from 2010.4 to 2012.4 (infection group) and 120 normal children with physical examination for the same period were selected and measured the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP),conventional C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood test.Result:Compared with the normal group, all indices of the infection group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and hsCRP and CRP positive ratio was significantly higher than the blood test(P<0.05).Blood test combined with hsCRP and CRP could increase the positive rate significantly. Conclusion:hsCRP and CRP level detection help the early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. And hsCRP,CRP combined with the blood test can improve the rate of diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.
