The Diagnostic Value of Serum RBP and Urinary Albumin Early Nephropathy in Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of serum RBP and urine mALB in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Method:The immune turbidimetric method was used to analyse 120 patients with type 2 diabetes(The study group) and 100 healthy volunteers(The control group),and the serum RBP and urine mALB were determined.Result:The RBP and mALB of the study group of were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination detection of RBP and mALB has more practical significance in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes nephropathy.
