Study on the Relationship between Diabetic Nephropathy in Elderly Patients with H Type Hypertension

Abstract：Objective:To explore the specific analysis of the relationship between the H-type hypertension in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy, in order to carry out the work of the late clinical feasibility reference.Method:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years admitted to the hospitalization of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy,our hospital simple elderly diabetic kidney patients were selected as a control study,the comparative analysis of the general basic data of the two groups of patients with a history,physical examination,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05),and analysed the comparative results of two groups.Result:From the comparison of two sets of clinical data,the study group of patients with systolic,diastolic,and mean arterial pressure were higher,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with diabetes,blood pressure control can be achieved to improve the hemodynamic abnormal development situation,maximum control of diabetic nephropathy.
