Clinical Analysis of 20 Cases of Cesarean Section Incision of Abdominal Wall Endometriosis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment and preventive measures after cesarean section incision of abdominal wall endometriosis.Method:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 20 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were abdominal incision endometriosis patients.Result:The implementation of surgical treatment of lesions were followed up for 6 months to 3 years with no recurrence.Conclusion:The occurrence of cesarean section incision of abdominal wall endometriosis is an iatrogenic endometriosis,focusing on prevention,in the event of the surgical treatment of choice.
