The Application of Disposable Sputum-aspirating Tubes in Retention Enema Treating on Patients with Chronic Severe Viral Hepatitis

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the effectiveness of the retention enema devices of disposable sputum-aspirating tubes connected with enema bag in treating CSVH patients.Method:Comparing the clinical study of 30 patients,who used the traditional enema in single dates while the modified one in double dates.Result:The effectiveness of modified enema was evidently higher than the traditional one,for its better performance in comfort,bleeding rate and retention time,without leakage and trachea cannula exodus.Conclusion:The clinic application of disposable sputum-aspirating tubes in retention enema treating on CSVH patients has a satisfactory in its effectiveness.
