SANG Jian-rong
Abstract:Objective:To analyse of the influence of hemolytic caused by clinical biochemical test results.Method:From March 2012 to December 2012 year in our hospital,70 healthy physical examinees as the object of study. Each subjects took a blood sample from 10 ml,were divided into two parts for hemolytic and non-hemolytic group.Result:Subjects hemolytic blood, the acid phosphates(ALP),blood glucose(GLU) determination value decreased significantly, there were significant differences(P<0.05),and total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),γ-glutamyl tranpeptidase(γ-GT), almandine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartame aminotransferase(AST),uric acid(UA) measurement value than the hemolytic elevated obviously, there were significant differences(P<0.05),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum glucose(GLU),cretonne(Cr) measured in hemolytic and did not change significantly, the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical routine blood biochemical examination, inspection personnel need to avoid the subjects the blood specimen hemolytic test results,in order to prevent errors, accuracy and further enhance the examination results, doctor diagnosed preparation, reasonable subjects.
