Endoscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy For Common Bile Duct Stones Incarcerated
Abstract：Objective:To explore the methods,efficacy and technical points of common bile duct stones incarcerated by endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy treatment.Method:Choosing 30 patients with common bile duct stones incarcerated From January 2009 to December 2012 in the author hospital,the clinical datas were retrospectively analyzed.Result:30 cases were confirmed by holmium laser lithotripsy success will stone removal,recovery was smooth,no bile duct injury,bleeding and other serious complications.Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy treatment of common bile duct stones incarcerated is a safe and effective method.
