The Effect of Oxygen Atomization and Ultrasonic Nebulizer for Infantile Acute Asthma
KUANG Han-chao
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of oxygen atomization for infantile acute asthma.Method:110 cases were randomly divided into two groups, each 55 cases, all patients were admitted to hospital with symptomatic and supportive treatment, the observation group were used oxygen inhalation corticosteroids, leukotriene modifiers,long-actingβ2-affected agonist,sustained-release theophylline, the control group were used ultrasonic spray treatment, then clinical remission and changes in vital signs were compared in the two groups during treatment.Result:The observation group, remission time breathing, wheezing lungs hypoxemia remission time and duration of response were significantly faster than control group(P<0.05),respiratory rate and heart rate during treatment were slower than control group(P<0.05),oxygen saturation was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen atomizing can fastly relief the clinical symptoms and stable the vital signs,it can improve the therapeutic effect,so it is worthy of recommendation.
