The Analysis of the Clinical Application of Noninvasive Assisted Ventilation in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Abstract:Objective:To study the application effect of noninvasive assisted ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:150 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were chosen, and they were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group. The control group was taken with regular treatment, the observation group was taken with noninvasive assisted ventilation on the basis of the control group.Result:After treatment, the blood PaO2,PaCO2,pH and breathing rate of the two groups of patients were improved, patients in the observation group improved more obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, improvement of SaO2,heart rate in the control group was not obvious compared with before treatment(P>0.05),but the observation group of patients had improved significantly compared with before treatment, and it was superior to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the life quality of the observation group of patients was better than the control group.the differences was statistically significant in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive assisted ventilation is a safe and effective treatment way for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it is easy to use, easy to carry out in clinical application.
