CRP Determination in the Diagnosis of Infectious Diseases of Obstetrics and Gynecology Research

Abstract:Objective:To study serum C-reactive protein (CRP) is detected in the diagnostic value of obstetrics and gynecology infectious diseases. Method:CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry method,patients were divided into bacterial infection and bacterial infection in the hospital the next morning fasting venous blood CRP determination. Bacterial infection after treatment before CRP measurement and comparison.Result:The serum CRP value of the bacterial infection group was significantly higher than the group of non-bacterial infection,the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). And bacterial infection after treatment CRP values decreased to return to normal,with the pre-treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:CRP measurement for obstetric and gynecological infections disease diagnosis has important value,worthy of promotion.
