Curative Effects Observation of 100 Cases of Intertrochanteric Fractures Patients Treatment with Hip Arthroplasty
Abstract：Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effects of intertrochanteric fractures treatment with the hip arthroplasty.Method:Select the author’s hospital treated in recent years,100 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,to use special materials of artificial hip joint,cooperate with steel wire in the regular method in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,and to observe its effect.Result:In elderly patients after surgical treatment,they were followed-up,and the satisfaction rate of this treatment modality reached 90%.Conclusion:To take the hip arthroplasty to treat the intertrochanteric fractures patients ahs the advantages of quick recovery,good effects,etc.,and is also an effect approach of the treatment for this disease.
