Clinical Study on Seretide Combined with Montelukast for Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the seretide combined with montelukast for treatment of bronchial asthma.Method:120 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from March 2008 to February 2013 were randomly divided into observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60).Observation group was given seretide combined with montelukas and control group was given seretide,then comparing the effect of two groups.Result:The clinical effect, FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of seretide combined with montelukast for treatment of bronchial asthma is exact and worthy to be popularized.
