Study on the Bladder Wall Flap Ureteroplasty for Treatment of 48 Cases of Lower Ureteral Injury

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bladder flap ureteral forming operation in treatment of lower ureteral injury.Method:96 cases of lower ureteral injury patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given the forming operation treatment of pedicled greater omentum ureteral.The observation group was given bladder flap ureteral forming operation treatment.Result:The total efficiency of the observation group of 91.67%was higher than 77.08%in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Significant efficiency of the observation group 72.92%was higher than 47.92%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bladder flap ureteral forming operation in treatment of lower ureteral injury has good efficacy.
